These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Shilling Fellowship Program and the submission of applications through the Program website.
By submitting an application or otherwise participating in the Program, applicants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Program is organized by Shilling Capital Partners, and any compensation associated with the Program will be paid by Draycott SCR, S.A., acting solely as the paying entity.
1. Organizer

This initiative (“Shilling Fellowship Program”) is organized and administered by Shilling Capital Partners (“Shilling”).
Compensation associated with the Program, if applicable, will be paid by Draycott SCR, S.A., acting solely as the paying entity.

2. Purpose of the Program
​
The Program aims to identify and support selected participants through a temporary internship or fellowship opportunity involving exposure to venture capital, startups, and related activities.
Participation in the Program does not constitute employment with Shilling Capital Partners, Draycott SCR, S.A., or any affiliated entities unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

Be legally allowed to participate in such programs under applicable laws.

Draycott reserves the right to verify eligibility and request supporting documentation.
​
4. Application Process
​
Applications must be submitted through the official Program website.
By submitting an application, applicants:

Confirm that the information provided is true and complete.

Authorize Shilling to review and evaluate their application.

Accept that submission does not guarantee selection.

Shilling reserves the right to:

modify the selection process

request additional information
-
reject or remove any application.

5. Selection
​
Selection decisions are made at the sole discretion of Shilling.
Shilling is not required to provide explanations for selection or rejection decisions.

6. Internship Terms
​
Selected participants may be offered an internship or fellowship opportunity subject to a separate agreement.
​
Unless otherwise stated:

participation is temporary
-
no employment relationship is created
-
compensation, if applicable, will be paid by Draycott SCR, S.A.
​
Any additional conditions will be defined in the individual agreement with selected participants.
​
7. Confidentiality
​
Participants may receive access to confidential information relating to:

startups
-
investors
-
business strategies
-
investment opportunities
​
Participants agree to keep such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
​
Additional confidentiality obligations may be included in separate agreements.
​
8. Intellectual Property
​
Any materials submitted during the application process remain the property of the applicant.
​
However, by submitting an application, the applicant grants Shilling the right to review, store, and process the information for purposes related to the Program.

9. Data Protection
​
Personal data submitted through the website will be processed for the purposes of:

managing the Program

contacting applicants
​
Processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR). Further details may be available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Shilling shall not be liable for:

technical issues affecting submission of applications
-
interruptions or modifications to the Program
-
decisions taken during the selection process.

11. Changes to the Program
​
Shilling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time if necessary.

12. Governing Law
​
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
​
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
